Subscription charges

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Canceling stops future renewals but does not usually retroactively refund the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or renewed unintentionally, contact support as soon as possible so we can review the case.

When refunds may be approved

We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented core service delivery, or accidental first-time purchases reported promptly after the charge.

We may deny refunds when there is clear evidence of substantial usage, abuse, repeated refund requests, or attempts to extract service value and then reverse payment.

How to request one

Send the account email, order number, and a short explanation to support@coursedraft.example.com. Please contact us before filing a chargeback whenever possible so we can try to resolve it directly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.

Trust layer

The commercial basics should be visible before anyone pays

CourseDraft needs a visible legal, contact, refund, and source-code path so visitors know who operates the service, where support goes, and how the hosted version stays compliant with AGPL obligations.
