When you contact support, include the email on your account, the relevant workspace or order number, and any screenshots or reproduction details that help us respond faster.
Support can help with login problems, subscription and invoice questions, source-code requests for the hosted version, bug reports, data export or deletion requests, and basic product guidance.
Support does not include custom course creation, guaranteed turnaround for urgent content edits, or consulting unless separately agreed in writing.
