What we collect

CourseDraft may collect account details such as your name, email address, profile image, locale, and sign-in provider so we can create and maintain your account.

We also store workspace data you create in the product, such as course drafts, scenes, uploads, billing records, subscription state, credit usage, and support requests.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver course generation and storage, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We use third-party processors only when they are necessary to operate the hosted service, such as authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, and email support.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you want your account or hosted data deleted, contact support@coursedraft.example.com. Some billing or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Security and questions

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy questions, export requests, or deletion requests should be sent to support@coursedraft.example.com.

Trust layer

The commercial basics should be visible before anyone pays

CourseDraft needs a visible legal, contact, refund, and source-code path so visitors know who operates the service, where support goes, and how the hosted version stays compliant with AGPL obligations.
